I have a deep-rooted passion for helping children and teens feel seen, supported, and empowered. Before stepping into the world of therapy, I spent nearly 20 years working in early childhood education. That experience taught me the beauty of resilience, the power of play, and the incredible wisdom children carry when we take the time to truly listen.

I believe that healing begins in safe, respectful relationships. Whether I’m working with a young child navigating big feelings, a teenager facing life's challenges, or a parent feeling overwhelmed and unsure, my goal is always to meet you where you are—with empathy, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

I view parents and caregivers as an essential part of the therapeutic process. Children do their best when the important adults in their lives feel supported, informed, and equipped with practical tools. Along the way, I partner closely with parents to strengthen connection, build confidence, and create lasting change both inside and outside the therapy room.
