Therapy for children, teens, women, and families

About Me

I have a deep-rooted passion for helping children, teens, women, and families feel seen, supported, and empowered. Before stepping into the world of therapy, I spent nearly 20 years working in early childhood education. That experience taught me the beauty of resilience, the power of play, and the incredible wisdom children carry when we take the time to truly listen.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe that healing begins in safe, respectful relationships. Whether I’m working with a young child navigating big feelings or a parent feeling overwhelmed and unsure, my goal is always to meet you where you are—with empathy, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family (which includes a lovable crew of dogs and geckos), catching up with close friends, and soaking in the little joys that make life feel meaningful.
